Dilip is the Managing Director for SAP Labs in India. In his role he heads SAP's development facilities in Bangalore, Gurgaon and Pune and reports directly to the SAP’s Executive Board. He has been instrumental in transforming SAP Labs India to be rated as the best place to work in India by Great Place to Work Institute. In his previous role, Dilip was the President of the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud business and had led a global team that helps SAP customers accelerate their business transformation to the Cloud; a critical piece in SAP’s journey in the Cloud World.

Dilip is seen as a thought leader in the Indian IT Industry and an elected member of Executive Council at NASSCOM for 2019-21. Dilip is associated with the startup ecosystem as an angel investor and mentor.
