Currently RACE offers a set of short term Diploma and long term Masters programs in Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity and other emerging technologies for working professionals and organizations.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Required a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate with good exposure to IT infrastructure and operations. The prospect should ensure IT infrastructure and technology readiness of on-campus sessions and live webinars during weekends and weekdays. Should be available to ensure smooth delivery of IT operations and academic delivery for all corporate training initiatives.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience in managing and maintaining windows server and virtualization

• Ability to manage numerous business priorities with ease

• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

• Ensure that the server uptime is meeting the metrics

• Oversee installs, configuration, upgrades, administration, monitoring, and maintenance

• Identify security risks and coordinate their remediation Capacity planning, service process design, performance analysis and developing proactive resolution plans.

• Work effectively with the clients, users and senior management

• Promote and maintain a team environment.

• Participate in project-related requirements

• Oversee the configuration and management of the IT infrastructure to support requirements in areas such as data retention, security, business continuity, disaster recovery planning/testing, and information risk management.

SKILLSETS:

• Solid technology background in Computing, Networking and Storage space

• Exposure to Google workspace and Office 365 concepts Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, and policies and procedures

• IT Infrastructure project planning, sizing, techno-commercials, and implementation

• Drive the adoption of standard toolsets to reduce complexity and support operational goals for increasing automation across the enterprise

• Recognize problems, develop recommendations and solutions, and oversee correction within the assigned specialty.
