Rajsri Rengan has been recognised at the Top 10 Women Tech Leaders India Awards 2026, presented by REVA Academy for Corporate Excellence (RACE), REVA University. The awards honour women who lead with impact in technology and actively create opportunities for other women.
Rajsri Rengan is the Global Head of Product Development at Infosys Finacle, one of the world’s leading digital banking platforms. With more than three decades of experience across banking, payments, fintech and technology, she began her career as a banker and has become a global technology leader, heading organisations of thousands of engineers and driving AI-first, cloud-native and digital transformation initiatives across global markets.

Leading with Impact
Rajsri’s career spans core banking, payments, wealth management, digital platforms and fintech product development. During a 19-year tenure at FIS, she rose to Senior Vice President and Head of Engineering, leading a global organisation of more than 4,000 professionals across India and the Philippines and supporting products that contributed over $6 billion in annual revenue.
Today, she leads engineering for the Finacle platform, which is deployed in more than 100 countries and impacts over a billion lives. She has championed AI-first engineering, cloud-native modernisation and composable banking. Under her leadership, the Finacle Banking Platform and the Finacle Data & AI Suite have enabled faster product launches and accelerated AI adoption for banks worldwide.

Innovation and Thought Leadership
Rajsri has led research resulting in multiple patents, including in voice-based analytics, automation frameworks, autonomous API testing and payment processing optimisation. Her perspectives on AI and the future of banking have been featured in The Economic Times, Times of India, Qorus Global and Finance Derivative.

Advancing Women in Technology
As Leader of the Diversity & Inclusion Taskforce at FIS, Rajsri spearheaded initiatives reaching more than 20,000 employees and launched the Future Leaders Program, which helped over 200 high-potential women managers advance into leadership roles.
A certified coach, she has personally guided more than 100 women through career transitions and second careers. She also serves as a mentor and jury member for the 1000 Women Leaders Program. Her objective is to help women progress from technical expertise to enterprise and board-level influence.
