The Top 10 Women Tech Leaders India Awards was born from a simple yet powerful conviction: that the women driving India’s technology revolution deserved not just acknowledgement, but a permanent, beautiful record of their contributions. In three remarkable editions, we have had the privilege of recognising thirty extraordinary leaders who collectively represent the best of what Indian technology has to offer the world.

The Top 10 Women Tech Leaders India Awards was established to address a fundamental gap: despite the extraordinary contributions of women across India’s technology ecosystem, their stories were too rarely told, too rarely archived, too rarely celebrated with the depth and quality they deserved.
Each year, an independent panel of senior industry professionals evaluates nominees across a rigorous set of criteria encompassing innovation, business impact, leadership quality, and contribution to diversity and inclusion within their organisations and the wider sector.
