Swathi Nelabhatla has been recognised at the Top 10 Women Tech Leaders India Awards 2026, presented by REVA Academy for Corporate Excellence (RACE), REVA University. The awards honour women who lead with impact in technology and actively create opportunities for other women.

Swathi Nelabhatla is an entrepreneur, technology executive, and the Founder and CEO of SheJobs and SITHA (She Is The Hero Always). Her experience spans technology, workforce solutions and business transformation. A committed advocate for women’s economic empowerment and inclusive employment, she has built initiatives that support women returning to work and underrepresented communities.

Swathi’s career spans more than two decades in technology, entrepreneurship and leadership, during which she has founded and led four ventures. Becoming a mother to a child with special needs gave her work a deeper sense of purpose.

That experience inspired her to advocate for women who often face barriers to meaningful employment, particularly mothers, caregivers and those returning to the workforce. Through her ventures, she has combined technology and entrepreneurship with a broader mission: creating opportunities that enable women to achieve economic independence while managing the realities of life and caregiving.

Swathi’s portfolio forms an integrated ecosystem:

• SheJobs: a job platform for inclusive employment, including women returning to work
• SheJobs Foundation: an organisation supporting women and underrepresented communities

Swathi’s commitment extends beyond employment into digital entrepreneurship. Together, SITHA and SheJobs reflect her vision of technology as an enabler for every woman to participate in the economy on her own terms, including career returners, caregivers and women seeking greater financial independence. Her current focus is on scaling both platforms to deliver impact at scale.
