Everybody ran the pilot.
That is precisely the problem.

There was a year — you remember it — when having built something with AI made you interesting at a conference. That year is over.

Every organisation in the room now has a pilot, a proof of concept and a slide with an upward-sloping curve on it. The board was impressed. The press release went out. The internal demo drew genuine applause. And none of it is a differentiator any more. It is table stakes.

So the interesting question is no longer what did you build? It is what did it cost you to find out?

And that question has an inconvenient property. You cannot search for the answer.

You can read every paper published on agentic architectures. You can read the vendor documentation, the analyst grid, the benchmark table and the reference architecture twice. What none of them will tell you is the number.

  • What a comparable rollout actually cost an organisation your size — after the third rewrite
  • Which platform performed impeccably in the bake-off and quietly failed in month seven
  • The reading of an ambiguous DPDP clause that another CISO’s legal team was willing to sign
  • The three assumptions a peer abandoned in week nine, now the most valuable thing they learned all year

Nobody publishes that. It gets said out loud — once, in a room, to people considered worth telling.

RACEx360 Season 2 is that room. For one day. At scale.

On 25 September 2026, at the Taj West End in Bengaluru, 750+ builders, buyers and decision-makers convene for a single-day conclave hosted by REVA Academy for Corporate Excellence in partnership with The Economic Times. Four technology tracks — GenAI, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Deep Tech — run alongside a live Solutions Lab and an invite-only Leaders Exchange, closing with the Top 10 Women Tech Leaders India Awards 2026.

One day. One stage. Four tracks that matter — and a programme engineered so that the conversation you actually need is the one most likely to happen.

Day, one stage

From 11:30 AM

An architecture built for different audiences

Conventional conferences assume a single audience moving through a single agenda. RACEx360 does not. Three environments run in parallel, each serving a distinct professional need.

Centre Stage
The Narrative
The principal narrative of the day — sponsor vision addresses, technology spotlights, panel discussions and executive conversations. This is where the market articulates its direction.
Solutions Lab
The Practitioner’s Environment
Live product demonstrations, sprint workshops and hands-on sessions in which experts build, deploy and secure working systems before a live audience. For engineers and architects, this is where abstraction gives way to implementation.
Leaders Exchange
Invite-Only · 150 Seats
Deliberately the smallest room in the building. CXO roundtables for 150 senior leaders and sponsor principals, structured for candour — the operational realities, revised assumptions and course corrections rarely shared from a stage.
Innovation Experience Zone
Running Alongside All Three
Continuous live demonstrations across AI, robotics, cybersecurity, cloud, quantum and automation, while parallel AI and Cybersecurity Challenges culminate in afternoon finals judged by an industry jury.
Delegates move freely between environments. Every pass includes access to all four tracks, the expo floor and the experience zone.

The Programme

The four tracks

Each track addresses a defined enterprise problem and sustains focus on it across the day.

01
Track 01 — GenAI and Agentic AI

Moving AI from experimentation to enterprise value

The strategic question has shifted from capability to consequence. Sessions address enterprise AI agents and digital coworkers, production-grade LLM and RAG architectures, and the governance, evaluation and responsible-deployment frameworks that determine whether AI systems withstand regulatory and operational scrutiny.

Panel: Beyond the Chatbot — Building AI Agents That Deliver Business Outcomes
02
Track 02 — Cloud and Platform Engineering

Building the infrastructure for AI-scale enterprises

Every AI strategy resolves, eventually, into an infrastructure decision and a cost structure. This track covers AI-native cloud and platform engineering, GPU infrastructure, Kubernetes and FinOps, and the DevSecOps, resilience and observability practices required to operate intelligent systems continuously.

Panel: The AI-Native Cloud — Platforms for Agents, GPUs and Always-On Intelligence
03
Track 03 — Cybersecurity in the AI Era

Defending enterprises against intelligent threats

The same advances accelerating defenders are available to adversaries, without equivalent constraint. Sessions cover AI-powered security operations and threat hunting, identity and Zero Trust architectures, the emerging discipline of securing autonomous agents, and readiness for both DPDP compliance and the post-quantum transition.

Panel: AI versus AI — Defending the Autonomous Enterprise
04
Track 04 — Deep Tech and Sustainability

Technologies shaping the next decade

A disciplined assessment of what is genuinely ready for enterprise adoption: quantum readiness and post-quantum security, robotics, edge AI and digital twins, sustainable computing and semiconductor innovation.

Panel: From Research to Reality — Deep Technologies Ready for Enterprise Adoption

2:00 PM · Centre Stage

The CXO Reverse Pitch

Among the day’s formats, one merits particular attention. The CXO Reverse Pitch inverts the conventional vendor dynamic. Rather than solution providers presenting to buyers, senior technology leaders take the stage to articulate — specifically and publicly — the problems they need solved.

The result is a materially more efficient exchange for both sides: requirements precede proposals, and conversations begin with context rather than credentials.

2:00 PM
Reverse Pitch — Senior technology leaders articulate the problems they need solved.
2:35 PM
Curated Matchmaking — Requirements are paired with the partners best positioned to address them.

Sponsors sit inside this conversation. Partnership includes participation in the matchmaking programme and the partnership design rooms — where requirements are shared before pitches are made.

7:00 PM · The Evening

Top 10 Women Tech Leaders India Awards 2026

At 7:00 PM, the venue transitions to the fourth edition of India’s only annual awards programme dedicated exclusively to women technology leaders.

The programme’s distinguishing feature is its permanence. Each awardee is profiled in a curated coffee table book — a considered editorial record of her contribution to the field, produced to endure well beyond the evening itself. For 2026, the ceremony relocates to Taj West End as an integrated part of RACEx360 Season 2: one venue, one day, one continuous experience from conclave to celebration.

Precedent

The platform has precedent

The 2019 edition convened Dilip Khandelwal (Managing Director, SAP Labs India), Rama Vedashree (CEO, Data Security Council of India, NASSCOM), Deep Thomas (Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Aditya Birla Group), Akanksha Bilani (Regional Lead, Intel Software), Dr. Gopal Pingali (Global VP and Distinguished Engineer, IBM) and Sameer Dhanrajani (Chief Strategy Officer, Fractal Analytics). Season 2 extends that foundation at significantly greater scale.

Two points warrant attention. The Early Bird rate is valid to 15 August 2026, after which standard pricing applies. And day passes conclude at 5:00 PM — only the VIP Full Day Pass provides continuous access through the evening programme. Corporate group rates are available for organisations registering multiple delegates.

Register Now — Early Bird Closes 15 August 2026

After that date, the same delegate seat costs ₹1,000 more.

Passes can be booked individually or as a corporate block.

Sponsorship

For organisations that sell into, recruit from, or build for the enterprise technology community, RACEx360 offers a concentrated and unusually senior audience. Partnership opportunities remain open for Season 2.

Partnership extends well beyond conventional brand placement. Sponsors are positioned across the day’s most substantive formats:

  • A Vision Address on Centre Stage, before the full delegate assembly
  • A working presence in the Solutions Lab, where capability is demonstrated rather than described
  • Participation in the invite-only Leaders Exchange alongside 150 senior decision-makers
  • Inclusion in the curated CXO matchmaking programme and partnership design rooms
  • Brand presence across the Expo Hall, Innovation Experience Zone and the evening awards programme

Combined with the CXO Reverse Pitch, the structure produces qualified, context-rich conversations — brand visibility, pipeline development, recruitment access and community contribution consolidated into a single day. Partnership tiers and formats can be configured to specific commercial objectives.

Sponsorship slots for Season 2 are open and allocated on a first-confirmed basis. Tiers can be tailored around visibility, lead generation, hiring or thought-leadership objectives.
