Turning AI’s Promise into Real Enterprise Value

Krithika Muthukrishnan has been recognised at the Top 10 Women Tech Leaders India Awards 2026, presented by REVA Academy for Corporate Excellence (RACE), REVA University. The awards honour women who lead with impact in technology and actively create opportunities for other women.

Krithika Muthukrishnan is the Chief Product Officer and a founding team member at Reliance Enterprise Intelligence (REI), where her mandate is to build a full-stack solution that enables Indian enterprises to unlock real value from AI. She brings 25 years of experience at the intersection of strategy, technology, entrepreneurship and AI, with roles at Infosys, Fidelity and the Tata group, as well as an EdTech company she founded.

Krithika began her career as the internet was reaching the workplace. She started as a strategy consultant advising CXOs, then moved into technology, into analytics as data became a competitive advantage, and ultimately into AI. Over time, she transitioned from advisory roles to building businesses herself as an entrepreneur and AI leader.

Most recently, as Chief Product & AI Officer at Scripbox, she grew net flows twelvefold in 15 months by applying AI to personalisation at scale.

Krithika regards the EdTech company she built from inception as her most significant achievement. She led its vision, strategy and technology, secured its first customers, and grew it to 100,000 students, observing first-hand the difference it made in their lives.

Education remains central to her work. She continues to support student outreach in her community, reflecting her belief that impact is best measured one student at a time.

Having often been one of few women in the room, Krithika is committed to changing that for the next generation. She mentors women in technology, believing they bring a distinct perspective yet are too often conditioned to set their ambitions lower. She sees her role as helping them unlearn that limitation.

Her experience as a juror at Witchhunt, a hackathon for women students, reinforced this conviction. In her view, potential is everywhere; opportunity is what makes it real.
