Aditi Prasad has been recognised at the Top 10 Women Tech Leaders India Awards 2026, presented by REVA Academy for Corporate Excellence (RACE), REVA University. The awards honour women who lead with impact in technology and actively create opportunities for other women.

Aditi Prasad is an entrepreneur, educator and advocate for purposeful play. As Founder and CEO of STEMPlay Labs, she leads the design of screen-free, hands-on STEM learning products that help children build curiosity, confidence and problem-solving skills. Her work draws on a multidisciplinary background spanning law, public policy and education innovation.

Professional Journey

Aditi trained in law at ILS Law College, Pune, and subsequently completed a Master’s in Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. She held research positions at the Singapore Institute of International Affairs, the Asia Society’s Task Force and the China Studies Centre at IIT Madras.

She then moved into education technology, spending more than a decade at Robotix Learning Solutions, where she served as Head of Business Development and later as Chief Operating Officer. She has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Meritus.AI. In addition, she co-founded MiniRoo, a children’s lifestyle platform that curated pop-up experiences for families, which deepened her understanding of how products, experiences and communities shape childhood.

Reimagining Learning Through Play

STEMPlay Labs develops tactile, engaging learning experiences for children in India and internationally. Its flagship brands are:

Advancing Girls in STEM

Aditi co-founded Indian Girls Code, an initiative that equips girls in India with coding and robotics skills and works to close the gender gap in STEM. She has shared her perspectives on STEM education, gender equity and the future of play as a keynote speaker at the UNESCO Policy Forum in Bangkok and at TEDx Chennai and TEDx Gateway Mumbai.
