REVA Academy for Corporate Excellence (RACE), an initiative of REVA University, conducted a bespoke program for mid and senior women leaders of Kyndryl India from December 2023 till July 2024. The program was delivered as a hybrid one with a mix of online and residential modes. This 3-month long experiential program with workshops and outbound activities was very well appreciated by the women leaders and Kyndryl senior team.

60 plus mid and senior executives under the Diversity and Inclusion initiative of Kyndryl India participated actively in the program in two batches.

About the program:

RACE’s Advanced Leadership Development Program (ALDP) is a customised program for fast-rising professionals to learn, experience and prepare for these challenging times and apply these practices in their professional lives and emerge as inspiring leaders who can lead organisations ahead of time. The program was designed and delivered by senior industry leaders.

ALDP is designed based on a “RACE model” adapted from the best practices of industries and academic institutions around the world. The RACE – REFRAME, ADAPT, CHANGE, EXECUTE – model is built on four dimensions providing a holistic learning experience for professionals who have been identified as having high potential and who have the power to change the future.

The RACE Model, as depicted below, answers and prepares the professionals of tomorrow. Upon completion of the ALDP program, the participants must be able to:

• Reimagine and innovate the current business settings,
• Persuade, influence, and inspire the stakeholders,
• Acquire new and innovative ways to create and enhance shareholder value,
• Formulate a new set of directions for their business units and organisation as a whole,
• Design and implement a leadership Legacy that is memorable, impactful, and inspiring.

RACE Model for Advanced Leadership Program

Through a blend of insightful sessions, engaging workshops, and hands-on experiential learning, the program helped to develop the skills and mindset needed to navigate today’s dynamic business landscape. Continuous assessment and feedback were provided to improve individual and team efficiency. All the participants were awarded the certifications.

The program culminated with capstone projects and presentations to the Kyndryl senior team.

The feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive. The program brought tangible improvements in their leadership capabilities and a newfound sense of purpose and direction.
